We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to be the first point of contact for our company. This role combines front desk responsibilities with administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

RECEPTION DUTIES:

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, and direct them appropriately.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and welcoming.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support team members with special projects as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination.
