The Admin Cum Sales Assistant is a dual-role position responsible for providing administrative support to the office while also assisting the sales team in customer service, order processing, and sales-related tasks. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth office operations and contribute to sales efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in administrative and/or sales support roles in UAE .
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software, and basic accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:

  • Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and databases.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Assist in inventory management, ordering office supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and petty cash management.
  • Support HR with onboarding new employees, maintaining attendance records, and other administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and operational.

SALES SUPPORT DUTIES:

  • Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
  • Follow up with clients via phone, email, or chat to provide product information and support sales efforts.
  • Update and maintain customer databases (CRM) with accurate client information and sales records.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals as needed.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Participate in sales meetings and take minutes when required.
  • Assist in marketing activities, such as social media updates, promotional emails, and event coordination.
