JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Admin cum Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales and operations team in day-to-day administrative tasks, including client coordination, documentation, and process support.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in AV, lighting, or automation industry)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially email and document handling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • UAE driving license preferred
Responsibilities
  • Handle client calls, emails, follow-ups, and quotation support
  • Prepare sales proposals, invoices, and purchase orders
  • Coordinate procurement, delivery, and documentation
  • Maintain CRM systems, records, and manage calendars for meetings and project activities
