Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin cum Secretary and Receptionist to support daily operations in our real estate development company. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office and support project teams across departments, including development, finance, marketing, and legal.
Key Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in real estate or construction.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with real estate documentation is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred.
