JOB SUMMARY:

The Administrative Assistant will support the sales team in day-to-day operations related to wood flooring products. This role involves preparing sales documentation, coordinating with suppliers and clients, and ensuring smooth internal processes to enhance the efficiency of the sales team.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in administrative or sales support roles (preferably in construction or interior materials)
  • Familiarity with wood flooring products is a plus ( Fresher also accepted)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
