JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (EXCELLENT ENGLISH) to join our dynamic and entrepreneurial team! A dynamic, energized person who specializes in customer service with a positive friendly approach demonstrating excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate or Equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Technical Background is an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls from customers and provide necessary solutions.
  • Transfer data to a digital database.
  • Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders.
  • Update various data including financial transactions, customer information, inventory, the status of items, or other information.
  • Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.
  • Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.
