Description

We are seeking an experienced office admin to join our team based in Gloucester. This role encompasses the main

Main Areas Of Work:

  • Act as the main point of contact for all customer service enquiries both before and after they have purchased from us.
  • Book in delivery dates for customers and schedule these with either our internal delivery team or external couriers
  • Plan delivery routes and van loads for the drivers and warehouse team to pick, Load & deliver each day
  • Manage repairs and after service to customers by scheduling engineer visits and ordering parts
  • Handle sales calls and process orders online, over the phone & occassionaly in store
  • Organise the incoming email inboxes and respond where required.
  • Manage other staffs holidays and bookings as well as sickness & other time off.
  • deal with letters and emails
  • Maintain office and workplace cleanliness
  • organise and maintain office systems as well as ensuring service standard are maintained with customers to ensure they are happy with the product and service
  • produce reports and presentations on key kpi figures the business is working towards
  • Assist with warehouse stock management.
  • make travel arrangements for other staff or directors when needed
  • look after visitors or customers in person when in store

Requirements
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Good problem solving ability
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Give good customer service and sales ability
- Able to follow instructions excellently & carry tasks through to a high standard by yourself
- Instruct and manage other staff to ensure they are carrying out there work to the best possible standard.
- Must be able to drive
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
