We are looking for a hard working individual who is able to work on their own but also as part of a team.
The role be to work 5 days over Monday-Saturday and to cover holidays during the week.
The job will involve the following:
- To answer phone queries and emails in relation to new and existing orders while giving a high level of customer service
- To process customer returns.
- To pick and wrap mail orders.
What we expect you to -
- To have a good knowledge of motorbikes and parts
- To have experience in giving a high standard of customer customer

- Must be flexible to be able to cover holidays/sick days/overtime
