-Customer Experience & Showroom

  • Assist to help customers in-store and online with product selection and sizing
  • Assist ensure the showroom stays styled and stocked
  • Process transactions, refunds, and exchanges with ease

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE: THE ULTIMATE OPS WING(WO)MAN

This isn’t just admin—it’s the central nervous system of the business. You’ll be the go-to for making sure stock, service, and systems flow like clockwork. From managing stock levels and customer returns, to making sure our online store never misses a beat, you’ll be the glue that holds everything together.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Inventory & Operations

  • Keep our inventory sharp and accurate across Shopify and POS

  • Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse—no stock-outs on your watch
  • Track, forecast, reorder, and stay three steps ahead
  • Handle returns, warranties, and order issues with calm and clarity
  • Support management in refining systems and improving flow

-Customer Experience & Showroom

  • Assist to help customers in-store and online with product selection and sizing
  • Assist ensure the showroom stays styled and stocked
  • Process transactions, refunds, and exchanges with ease
  • Deliver a next-level customer experience, whether it’s face-to-face or over the phone

  • eCommerce & Digital

  • Manage live chat, email, and phone inquiries like a pro

  • Process online orders and work with warehouse logistics
  • Update and fine-tune product listings on Shopify
  • Be hands-on with CRM tools, email flows, loyalty programs & feedback systems
