Responsibilities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other platforms
  • Providing clear and accurate product information to clients
  • Preparing accurate quotes and order information
  • Coordinating with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Handling day-to-day administrative tasks to support team operations
  • Occasionally assisting with studio photoshoots and events
