We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin and Event Operations Coordinator to handle the administrative and operational processes that ensure smooth event execution from the first client inquiry to the final post-event follow-up.
Position Overview
The Admin and Event Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all stages of event operations. This includes reviewing new inquiries, obtaining additional information from clients if needed, sending out pre-prepared quotes, managing details for confirmed events, and ensuring internal teams have everything needed for flawless execution. You will maintain our Kanban project board, delegate tasks, communicate with clients to gather missing details, and coordinate logistics such as staffing, supplies, and transportation.
This is an administrative and operations support role and not a sales position.
