About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient, and well-organized workplace environment. This role requires strong coordination, vendor management, and administrative capabilities to support business operations effectively. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day office operations and facilities management, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and efficient workplace Coordinate procurement of office supplies, equipment, and organizational assets; maintain inventory and asset records in collaboration with the IT team Build and manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring quality service delivery and timely coordination Support administrative financial processes including invoice tracking, vendor payments, petty cash management, and coordination with the Finance team Maintain administrative documentation such as operational trackers and vendor records Manage end-to-end travel coordination for employees and leadership (bookings, itineraries, accommodation, logistics) Provide general administrative and clerical support (filing, documentation, photocopying, etc.) Manage meeting room scheduling and reservations Assist employees with administrative queries and direct them to the appropriate point of contact Conduct routine checks of office areas, meeting rooms, and amenities; coordinate timely resolution of maintenance and facility issues Required Skills & Qualifications Strong organizational and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Attention to detail and problem-solving approach Why Join Apna High-growth, fast-paced work environment Opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative team Strong learning and career growth opportunities
