We own and operate 4 Restore Hyper Wellness locations and 3 Nutrishops, and we’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and energetic Administrative/Executive Assistant to help us manage and grow our businesses. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in the health, wellness, or retail industry a plus.
  • Experience with franchise operations a plus.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for health and wellness!

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence (emails, phone calls), preparing documents, and maintaining files.
  • Communication & Coordination: Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to prepare reports and presentations.
  • Project Management: Assisting with project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Event & Meeting Coordination: Planning and coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Franchise Support: Assisting with franchise-specific tasks, such as compliance reporting and brand standard adherence.
  • Operational Support: Assisting with tasks related to inventory management, marketing campaigns, and customer service.
  • Other Duties: As needed to support the growth and success of the business.
