· Perform general administrative duties such as document handling, filing, data entry, and record management.
· Coordinate between sales, service, parts, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
· Manage vehicle insurance processing, renewals, and claims in coordination with insurance providers and internal teams.
· Handle vehicle registration, renewals, and related RTA/authority documentation, ensuring compliance with timelines.
· Maintain up-to-date logs and trackers for vehicle insurance, registration, and other administrative tasks.
· Support management in preparing internal and external reports, summaries, and official correspondence.
· Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in documentation, translations, and administrative records.
· Assist in arranging internal meetings, maintaining minutes, and coordinating schedules.
· Monitor and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
· Prepare and format official documents, templates, and presentations as required.
· Coordinate with external contacts such as insurance companies, registration authorities, and service providers.
