JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Handle insurance matters for company vehicles, including application, renewal, and VPC (Vehicle Parking Certificate) administration.
  • Coordinate and arrange company event-related matters, such as buffet ordering and necessary logistics.
  • Oversee office facilities maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage purchasing of pantry supplies, stationery, office equipment, and other necessary items.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors on company IT matters, including desktop, laptop, and server setup and troubleshooting.
  • Manage company vehicle rental matters.
  • Perform a wide range of administrative duties as assigned by the superior.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years of relevant administrative or office management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Independent, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.
