Responsibilities:

  • General administrative and operational duties
  • Entering and updating service provider/ client records.
  • Handling paperwork and formalities for claim matter
  • Organizing and maintaining files
  • Assist in invoice preparation and issuance
  • Data entry
  • Follow up on daily work order and site progress papers/documents and keep them filed in orderly manner
  • Ad hoc tasks assigned by superior
