Job description

  • Oversee the management and maintenance of Company hostels, ensuring the cleanliness, well-maintained and meet the needs of residents
  • Coordinate repairs, renovations & maintenance work with contractors & service providers
  • Manage hostel check-in/ check-out processes and maintain accurate record of occupants
  • Handle document stamping at notary public, embassy hall & other relevant authorities as required
  • Maintain proper records of all processed documents
  • Oversee the maintenance & servicing of photocopiers, printers & other office equipment to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Provide administrative assistance to other departments as needed

Job requirement

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • Preferably with 1 year of working experiences in relevant field or prior experience in hostel management or facility management roles is an advantage
  • Well organized, detailed oriented and able to work independently under pressure
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills & ability to liaise with Government offices, embassies & service providers efficiently
  • Posses a valid driving license
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment troubleshooting
  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice is an added advantage
