Role Overview The Admin Executive is responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to ensure accurate financial records and efficient day-to-day operations. The role covers accounts payable and receivable, follow-up on outstanding client payments, issuance of business vouchers, reconciliations, and general finance and administrative duties. Key Responsibilities1. Client & Payment Follow-up Monitor and follow up on outstanding client payments Chase payments from clients abd other pending invoices Maintain clear records of all receivables and payment statuses 2. Administrative & Record-Keeping Maintain organized financial and administrative records Update bank details and payment statuses in internal systems Handle correspondence with clients, suppliers, and internal teams regarding payments Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned Diploma or Advanced Diploma (preferred) Minimum 1 year in administration, business support, or client-facing roles Experience in payment follow-ups, receivables, or basic finance admin is an advantage Strong organizational and follow-up skills Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative Good communication and customer service skills Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage
