Overview: Our client in the Fashion Industry is seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities efficiently, support various departments, and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

· Proven experience as an administrative/executive assistant or in a similar role.
· Extremely organized with a keen eye for detail.
· Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· A proactive and resourceful attitude with the ability to anticipate needs.
· High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
· Prior experience in fashion or retail industry (a plus).
· Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and adapt to changing demands.

Responsibilities

· Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, Marketing Head, Operations Manager, and other team members.
· Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings to ensure optimal time management.
· Organize and maintain effective filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
· Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
· Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
· Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
· Liaise with suppliers, clients, and stakeholders, maintaining effective communication.
· Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
· Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders for replenishment as needed.
· Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
