JOB VACANCY: ADMIN EXECUTIVE (FULL-TIME)

About FSM:

Fotostat Seri Murni is a fast-growing office equipment service provider, specializing in multifunction photocopiers, printers, and document scanner. We are looking for a dedicated Admin Executive to join our service coordination team in Ara Damansara.

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will support daily service and logistics operations with responsibilities such as:
  • Coordinate and schedule service jobs with field technicians.
  • Issue toners, parts, and consumables to technicians.
  • Key in and update service orders into the system accurately.
  • Monitor and maintain toner, parts, and machine stock inventory.
  • Prepare delivery orders, handover forms, and service reports for machine installation.
  • Follow up with customers on job completion documents and feedback.
  • File and organize service records, invoices, and delivery slips.
  • Assist in monthly stock take and stock movement reporting.
  • Coordinate with logistic partners for machine delivery and pickup.
  • Support admin-related tasks for technician attendance, claim forms, and service reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification.
  • At least 1 year of admin or operations experience (fresh grads welcome).
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic office systems.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and good time management.
  • Able to work independently and multitask under pressure.

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Saturdays: 8.30 AM to 1.30 PM
