Job Description As an Admin Executive, you will support in all office-related administrative tasks and assist with HR related administrative works. Office Administration In-charge for general office administrative support for Markets Requisition for Business Cards and Event Name Tags Organize and handle the logistics aspects for meetings, workshops, annual dinner, conferences and functions when required Manage of office logistics including its maintenance, office space or move, storage arrangement and other office related services Check, verify and process invoices, related to HR Admin matters Prepare, update, maintain all admin related documents, inclusive of Business Permit Renewal Any ad-hoc duties may be assigned from time to time. HR Administration Support Provide support and manage the logistics of Intern/Temp staff recruitment process not limited to job posting, liaising with Institutes & Agencies, interview scheduling, contracts preparation, on boarding, exit process and etc Perform monthly overtime calculation on Intern/Temp Staff Coordinate and support on HR projects, events, meetings and training seminars Proactive and active engagement in staff welfare activities Collate monthly tabulation of employee allowances or claims via Excel and handle approval process Assist in HR Employee Benefits matters and user guidance Handle ad hoc projects as assigned Qualifications Minimum College level or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field (Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources). • Strong organizational abilities with the capability to manage multiple tasks at once • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care Additional Information We believe that great things happen when people connect face-to-face.
