We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Executive or Senior Administrative Executive to support our office operations. Whether you’re an experienced professional or just starting your career, we welcome individuals with strong organizational skills and a can-do attitude. You’ll play a key role in keeping our workplace running smoothly and supporting internal teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • People without experience are welcome to apply; prior administrative or office experience is an advantage.
  • Candidates with 3+ years of experience may be considered for a Senior role.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Bilingual proficiency (including Mandarin) is required to liaise with associates in Mainland China.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing office policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and general procurement activities.
  • Support budget tracking, purchasing processes, and inventory management.
  • Coordinate and support internal events, social welfare initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure the office environment remains safe, clean, and conducive to productivity.
  • Liaise with external service providers, building management, and vendors.
  • Foster a positive and professional office culture.
  • Assist with administrative tasks for senior management (e.g., travel bookings, calendar management).
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required.
