1. TUITION CENTRE OPERATIONS

  • Manage daily centre opening and closing procedures
  • Handle class scheduling, student registrations, and fee collections
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, payments, and enrolment data
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for centre needs

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent; Diploma preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in administration or customer service (education sector preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication in both English and Chinese language
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
  • Positive, service-oriented attitude and a team player
