Admin Executive – Warehouse Operations THE ROLE At Hunger Inc., we believe a clean, safe, and well-organised workplace helps everyone do better work. We are looking for a responsible and detail-focused Admin Executive to take care of our Bombay Sweet Shop warehouse in Andheri East. You will make sure that the warehouse is clean, safe, and running smoothly every day. This includes managing housekeeping, safety checks, vendors, and stock. During busy festival times, your role becomes even more important. WHO WE ARE Hunger Inc. runs popular restaurants and food brands like The Bombay Canteen, O Pedro, Bombay Sweet Shop, Veronica’s, and Papa’s. We care about our teams and our customers. Everything we do is about teamwork, respect, and doing our best. YOUR TEAM You will work with our Operations and Admin teams. You will also work with other staff like security guards, cleaners, and vendors to keep the warehouse in top condition. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Facility Upkeep: Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and functionality of warehouse support areas. Housekeeping Supervision: Oversee daily cleaning routines and pantry upkeep; manage rosters and staff coordination with housekeeping agencies. Security Coordination: Ensure vendor and visitor entry protocols are followed, security staff are scheduled properly, and CCTV/access systems are functioning. Consumables & Stock: Track and replenish admin stock like water, toiletries, stationery, and pantry supplies. Maintenance & Repairs: Handle facility maintenance including lighting, air-conditioning, pest control, and liaise with vendors for service contracts and emergencies. Festive Season Operations: Coordinate additional infrastructure and staffing during peak periods—like extra seating, fans, water stations, signage, and festive hygiene requirements. Safety & Compliance: Organize fire drills, check safety equipment and emergency exits, and ensure the warehouse remains compliant and hazard-free. Admin Coordination: Support with ID cards, gate passes, petty cash, vendor forms, and maintain all admin logs and trackers. WHO YOU WILL REPORT TO You’ll report directly to the Senior Manager – Operations, and work closely with warehouse teams and admin partners across the business. WHO YOU ARE You’ve worked in facility or admin roles for at least 2 years, ideally in a warehouse, logistics, or F&B setting. You’re someone with an attention to detail – notice issues and fix them before they become problems. You’re comfortable working with multiple vendors and supervising support staff like housekeeping and security. You’re confident managing checklists, safety routines, and keeping the day-to-day running. You have working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, and are organized with documentation.
