Description:

  • Exp in Administration

Responsibilities

  • Manage the sorting and organising process of digitizing paper documents and maintain good filing system
  • Control and record of incoming and outgoing documents
  • Mastering of classified contracts and documents
  • Take care of budget, control, record of disposal of department fixed assets and media
  • Control of door access and department keys in key press
  • Apply of clearance for VIP/ Visitors and temporary pass for customer
  • Create, update and report on ETMS
  • Raise purchase requisition for department
  • Manage and update bosses calendar
  • Booking of meeting room
  • Open pigeon box and distribute letters
  • Perform other general administrative support in department when assigned

Remuneration

  • Diploma/ Nitec in any discipline
  • Min 2 years of working experience in administrative field
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point)
  • Knowledge of SAP will be an add advantage
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervisor
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive working attitude
