Our management structure separates Resorts from Markets. In this role, you will be part of the EAF Markets division, which oversees sales in Europe, Africa, and France across more than ten countries.

Responsibilities

For our Office in Germany, we are looking for an Admin & Finance Associate.
Your future tasks will be:

1- Focus tasks

  • Finance: generate reporting files on a weekly/ monthly basis aiming for cost control and sales analysis
  • Accounting: supporting tasks during month & year end closures (Accruals, A&L as well as P&L review and reclassifications), supporting tasks of accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, treasury and bank reconciliation.
  • Internal Controls: Control of Discounts, Bad Debts, Commission payouts & general reporting files

2 - Supporting tasks

  • HR: Payroll preparation, HR Administrative tasks (recommendation letters, contract & Workday management)
  • Admin: Contract management (Rents, Leasing, IT Systems, etc)
