- Provide first-line technical support to end-users on various platforms including MacOS, Windows, and Linux.
- Utilize ServiceNow ticketing system to log, track, and resolve user issues efficiently.
- Perform software troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Assist users with operating system-related problems and provide guidance on best practices.
- Deliver exceptional IT support services to ensure minimal downtime and optimal productivity.
- Collaborate with the team to escalate complex issues and follow up on problem resolution.
- Maintain knowledge base articles for common problems and solutions.
- Handle user account management tasks such as password resets and access permissions.
- Familiarity with Office suite applications and ability to troubleshoot related issues.
- Experience with Jira for issue tracking and resolution.
Experience:

- Proficiency in supporting , Windows, Office applications.
- Strong understanding of IT support principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clear.
