JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a well-organized, proactive, and experienced Admin, HR & Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations, handling HR tasks for a team of approximately 20 people, and maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
This is a key role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Female candidate.
  • Based in Dubai.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is a must.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
