OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of human resources processes. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions, including data entry.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within human resources.
  • Familiarity with the Bright HR system is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in record keeping.
  • Experience in promoting job openings and company culture.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programmes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within the Bright HR Platform.
  • Conduct data entry tasks to update employee information and assist with reporting.
  • Support recruitment efforts by managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
