Description

Job Summary: Perform a variety of tasks in supporting the Human Resources team and managing front desk and office operations. This position is the first point of contact for visitors, caller, ensures smooth day-to-day office functions, and provides administrative support across departments.
Key Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

2. HR ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

· Assist with the preparation of onboarding materials.
· Assist in contacting employees with return-to-work dates, etc.
· Schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
· Prepare internal job postings – creating slide for TV monitor and posting job description with internal job applications in designated areas.
· Assist with Spanish new hire orientations for temporary staffing employees.
· Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files on HRIS.
· Assist with organizing employee events, training sessions, and recognition programs.
· Assist by providing employees with basic information regarding benefits, our HRIS, and other HR related topics.
· Provide administrative support for any other HR tasks as needed by the team.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

· High school diploma or equivalent required;
· At least 6 months of experience in and administrative or similar role, highly preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
· Bilingual (English/Spanish), required.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational and time management abilities.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
