JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for greeting visitors, answering main telephone lines, providing support to the Human Resources Manager, as well as general administrative support to senior management and other departments

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma with 1 year administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/ SKILLS:

Moderate typing skills
Excellent telephone etiquette
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to use general office equipment
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Microsoft , Excel, Word
Office environment

Responsibilities
  • Operates telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, and take messages if necessary.
  • Coordinates executive team schedule including appointments, travel schedules and reservations.
  • Greets visitors and direct to appropriate area or person.
  • Assists senior management with various administrative tasks including filing and ordering lunch.
  • Assists in recruiting by printing resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Responsible for collecting, ordering, cancelling, escorting vendor and all other items pertaining to company uniforms for all departments.
  • Assist Accounting/Finance department with sort incoming mail, matching packing slips to invoices, process outgoing mail, etc.
  • Inventory control of all office supplies.
  • Assist HR with various monthly, quarterly and annual audits, projects and reporting.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

    Decisions and Judgment: No authority to commit the organization in negotiations or with respect to finances
