Job Title: Admin & HR Assistant
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Victoria Island
Job Summary:
The Admin/HR Assistant supports both administrative and human resource functions, including document management, employee support, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Support recruitment processes (e.g. interview scheduling, onboarding).
  • Draft letters, memos, and internal communication.
  • Assist with leave management and HR documentation.
  • Manage office supplies and general administrative tasks.
  • Help coordinate training and staff welfare programs.

Requirements:

  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Admin, HR, or related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes is an added advantage.
