JOB SUMMARY:

Mercury Healthcare is seeking a proactive and highly organised Admin HR to support our growing team in Colchester. This role combines administrative duties with HR responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to directly oversee staff files, compliance, and performance quality. You’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth operations, driving staff standards, and ensuring our care service continues to meet the highest levels of compliance and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office and care team
  • Manage scheduling, documentation, and data entry across operations
  • Handle incoming communications (calls, emails, post) professionally and promptly
  • Maintain up-to-date staff records, HR files, and compliance documentation
  • Lead audits, staff supervisions, and field-based spot checks (full training provided)
  • Support recruitment processes including shortlisting, referencing, and onboarding
