The Secretarial & Administration team have an opening for an Admin Hub Assistant to join their team and be responsible for supporting the business in the production of on-site administration. This role is full-time on-site based, 5 day’s per week in our Glasgow office.

Responsibilities:

  • Photocopying, printing and scanning of documents in line with business processes.
  • Preparing post to be sent as required.
  • Locating documents from physical files for copying/scanning or other actions.
  • Closure of physical files and preparation of files for archiving to Iron Mountain.
  • Maintaining physical files in line with business process and regulatory requirements.
  • Downloading/uploading of documents from CD/memory sticks to relevant systems.
