Job description: Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Intern to support our training and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in office administration, digital file management, and internal process support within a dynamic team environment. Key Responsibilities: Transfer electronic files from NAS to SharePoint. Review training feedback collected via forms and compile comments for the Training Manager’s review. Scan and upload hard copy training documents to SharePoint. Scan and upload invoices and related documentation to the appropriate digital folders. Update and maintain inventory and equipment lists regularly. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in: BSBA Operations Management, BSBA Office Administration, Business Technology, or any other related business or administrative program Average working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including: Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Willingness to learn and take initiative.
