REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or equivalent qualifications preferred.
  • 1–2 years of administrative experience (fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
  • Overseeing day-to-day office administration and operations.
  • Managing office inventories, stationery, and pantry supplies.
  • Coordinating office maintenance and liaising with vendors/service providers.
  • Assisting with general clerical duties such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
  • Supporting HR and Finance teams in basic administrative tasks.
