  • Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring stock accuracy.
  • Process online orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
  • Assist in Shopify store management, including product uploads, price updates, and promotions.
  • Support customer service by addressing inquiries related to orders and deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all logistics activities.
