JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of our office. This role is critical in ensuring seamless office operations by leading the administrative team, coordinating internal communications, managing office resources, and supporting management with key administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a high level of professionalism.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in an administrative supervisory role or similar capacity.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant office software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workloads, and delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Male candidates are preferred for this role
