  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in administration, operations, or document control.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and internal team interactions.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail and process adherence.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and follow through effectively.
  • Exposure to software tools, data handling, or IT-related environments is an advantage.

ROLE OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative and operational backup support to directors.
  • Handle large-scale data processing, documentation, and email management with accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely follow-ups and adherence to processes.
  • Maintain efficient workflows, ensuring policies and procedures are documented and followed.
