Your responsibilities will be:

  • Supervising the day-to-day operations you are assigned to.
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets and other expenses.
  • Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
  • Front desk duties, including scheduling appointments.
  • Assisting with maintaining the general cleaniness of the shop, including the front desk area and toilets.

Requirements:

  • 6 days a week and on public holidays.
  • Management, or a related field.
  • Strong time, task, and resource management skills.
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
