We are looking to hire an Admin Manager to the Dubai location.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional an Admin Manager for one of our reputed clients based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks with a high level of confidentiality and efficiency. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or in office management are a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Can speak Russian and English is a must, Arabic is preference.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.

Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and handling arrangements such as travel, restaurant, hotel, and car bookings.
    · Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including logistics and minute-taking.

· Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports.

  • Serve as the first point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails and other communications.
  • Support the executive in strategic initiatives, research, and data compilation.
  • Assist in project tracking, timelines, and follow-ups.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as required.
