If you’re an organised, people-focused and creative Admin / Marketing Assistant looking to join a growing multidisciplinary healthcare team, we’d love to hear from you!

Why Work With Us

Join a multi-award-winning Super Clinic alongside a multidisciplinary team that values collaboration, initiative and great client experiences.

  • Work in a state-of-the-art, purpose-built clinic with a welcoming and professional environment
  • Be part of a supportive, fun and highly skilled team
  • Gain hands-on experience across administration, client engagement and marketing
  • Opportunities to develop your skills and take on greater responsibility as the clinic grows
  • Work closely with clinicians and management across a range of exciting projects
  • Be involved in building our brand, community presence and client experience
  • Clear opportunities for career progression

About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Admin / Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day operations and marketing activities of our growing clinic.

This is a varied role where no two days will be the same. You’ll play an important part in ensuring our clinic runs smoothly while helping us connect with our community and grow our brand.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing friendly and professional front-of-house and administrative support
  • Managing phone calls, emails, appointments and general client enquiries
  • Supporting client bookings, follow-ups and communication
  • Assisting with day-to-day clinic administration and coordination
  • Supporting social media content, posts and community engagement
  • Assisting with marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Creating and updating marketing materials and digital content
  • Supporting website and online presence updates
  • Helping coordinate community events, partnerships and promotional initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate records and assisting with reporting and general office tasks
  • Working closely with clinicians and management to improve the overall client experience

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, personable and eager to learn.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in administration, reception, customer service, marketing or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence communicating with clients, families and team members
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take initiative
  • An interest in marketing, social media and content creation
  • Good computer and digital literacy
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
  • A genuine interest in healthcare and creating positive client experiences
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Experience with Canva, social media platforms, email marketing, CRM systems or website management would be highly regarded, but training can be provided for the right person.

What We Offer

  • Supportive and collaborative workplace culture
  • Genuine opportunities for professional and career development
  • A varied role combining administration, marketing and client engagement
  • A modern, purpose-built working environment
  • Regular team collaboration and support
  • Opportunities to contribute ideas and make a real impact as the clinic continues to grow
