Responsibilities: - Manage and record all incoming and outgoing documents - Document daily administrative tasks; maintain the record and files soft & hard copies - Review documents before sent to other team - Monitor and archive documents related to invoices - Update the inventory of available supplies and materials; create requests of needed supplies - Perform skilled and responsible administrative and clerical work - Responsibility of Claim from all team that are handled Requirements: - Min 1 year experience as Admin/Marketing Admin - Strong in data analysis and collaboration - Able and Strong using Microsoft Office - Can join ASAP We have a 'CREATED' culture (Collaborative, Responsible, Eccentric, Agile, Tough, Effective).
