We serve a diverse group of institutional customers such as public transit agencies, governmental entities, school districts, health care providers, and social service agencies, as well as private customers. We provide a wide array of transportation products, including paratransit, fixed route, shuttle, charter services, and ADA eligibility assessments. RydeTrans specializes in transporting people who depend on safe, comfortable, and reliable transportation to essential services like school, rehabilitation training, medical appointments, and work. About the Job: Assists with all aspects of the daily office and general Operational functions. Responsible for the completion of payroll review and audits, daily filing and organizing of documents, and general office functions. Key Responsibilities: Payroll and Timecard Management: Conduct daily reviews and audits of timecards and payroll records to ensure accuracy and compliance Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Manage and respond to time-sensitive customer complaints Data Administration: Perform accurate and efficient data entry for various departmental needs. Fare Reconciliation: Reconcile fare data and review hourly adjustments to support accurate billing. Document Management: Maintain organized and confidential filing systems, including sorting, scanning, and archiving important documents. Office Operations Support: Provide comprehensive support for general office functions, ensuring efficient daily operations. Operational Support: Provide dispatching support as needed to ensure seamless operations. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Excellent oral and written communication skills Demonstrates leadership qualities and is a self-starter Excellent time management skills Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Computer literacy, 10 Key, Microsoft Office applications
