Reliant Healthcare is a leading Health Care provider in Sydney, an opportunity exists for a Admin Officer to join the business. In this role, you will collaborate closely within the business to support the implementation of our compliance frameworks. Your responsibilities will include monitoring our compliance requirements, updating and maintaining our risk register and reporting on operational risk outcomes.
In this role you will be ensuring compliance, facilitating the drafting and approval of policies, procedures, and work instructions to support the organisations quality, compliance and continuous improvement objectives including:
● Identify and investigate shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processes.
● Evaluate and prioritise potential improvements based on gains and required effort,
● Coordinate and implement process improvement activities together with working teams, help to smoothly introduce new tools or tools update in the business, ensuring both a seamless transition and a sustainable business efficiency,
● Develops tools and methods to track and report relevant business performance indicators using the tools in place (Zoho, Deputy, Client Portal, Batchgeo etc)
● Compile data, and prepare presentations for management or executive team meetings,
● Act as a point of contact for employees regarding technical inquiries or issues that may arise for IT Softwares. (Deputy, & Client Portal)
● Support organizational databases maintenance with relevant information such as, client documentation (such as service agreements)
● Keep ready stock of HCP, NDIS & Private client Packs for Clinical Coordinators.
● Assist and participate to both with internal and external audits (NDIS, ACHS & SAH) and compliance of relevant standards.
● Maintain supplies inventory and place orders when necessary to ensure continuous supplies to both offices and clients,
● Update and maintain the compliance of , Incidents & Risk register on regular basis.
● Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and reports as needed,
● Assist in coordinating employee training sessions or workshops to promote professional development within the organisation,
