Job Title: Admin Officer – Contracting Industry
Location: United Arab Emirates

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a well-rounded and experienced HR & Admin Officer with 8–9 years of proven experience in the contracting/construction industry within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and supporting site-based and office staff. A valid UAE driving license is essential.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of UAE experience in HR and administration, preferably in a contracting or construction company.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Valid UAE driving license is a must.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare and process visa applications, labor contracts, Emirates IDs, and other employee documentation in coordination with PRO.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and overtime calculations.
  • Coordinate performance appraisals and probation evaluations.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data.
