Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Admin Officer/Rosterer to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day client rostering, provide administrative support, and deliver excellent customer service to our clients and their families.
This position requires a strong communicator with excellent organisational skills, who can handle competing priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and manage staff rosters to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office team.
  • Build rapport with clients and their families while resolving enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Communicate complex information clearly and simply.
  • Support the smooth running of client services in line with Right at Home’s values and standards.
