工作职责：

销售及运营：

• 跟进客户的待处理订单并与相关部门联络，为客户提供每日更新。
• 与相关部门确认交货日期后，在承诺日期更新门户。
• 确保所有订单均按承诺安排和交付。
• 让团队随时了解新订单。
• 维护体式的每日更新。
• 以礼貌和专业的方式接听和转接电话。
• 管理和组织办公室文件、文档和记录。
• 协助文件控制员和采购员进行任何其他行政工作。
• 根据需要向团队成员提供一般行政支持。
• 发出采购订单供经理/主管批准。

人力资源：

• 检索打卡/下班记录并通过电子邮件将其发送给主管签名，然后每月将其发送到总部。
• 生成每月出勤摘要。
• 协助处理入职和离职过程中员工物品的发放和领取。
• 协助处理所有员工的费用和索赔。
• 协助处理所有员工的休假申请。

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in administration related to logistics and LMW.
• Proficiency in computer-aided systems such as SQL, Oracle or SAP.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Qualification: Diploma or equivalent.
