Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient PA/Admin to provide administrative support and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a retail environment (preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering calls, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain office systems, files, and records.
  • Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage appointments.
  • Provide support to the HR and Marketing departments when required.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist in managing social media pages and responding to customer inquiries (if required).
