REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as an administrative or personal assistant (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Tech-savvy – comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and productivity tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Trello).
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability.
  • Stable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience working remotely.
  • Familiarity with small business, entrepreneurship, or creative industries.
  • Flexibility to occasionally assist outside standard working hours, if needed.
  • Female candidates strongly preferred for this personal support role.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Admin/Personal Assistant to support day-to-day business and personal operations. This is a full-time position, mostly remote, offering flexibility along with a need for responsibility and initiative.
Female candidates are preferred for this role, due to the nature of the personal support tasks involved.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Prepare reports, documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Maintain digital files and manage cloud storage systems.
  • Manage calendars, reminders, and task lists.
  • Handle personal tasks such as booking appointments, making reservations, and managing subscriptions.
  • Liaise with household service providers and vendors.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating personal or family-related events.
  • Run occasional local errands (if applicable and location permits).
  • Help track ongoing projects and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Conduct light research and data entry.
  • Support content or social media scheduling (if required).
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
